About Rotomate

Rotomate is a Helsinki-based industrial AI company. Its AI colleague helps maintenance and reliability teams in heavy-process plants keep rotating equipment running. Where conventional condition monitoring stops at an alert, the AI colleague works through the machine data the way an experienced engineer does: trends, fault frequencies, component knowledge and machine history. It identifies developing faults, recommends what to do and shows the measurements behind every conclusion. With the September 2026 release, teams can also ask it questions in plain language and get an expert answer with the reasoning shown. The AI colleague recommends, people decide. It is in daily production use at Metsä Group, SSAB and Aurubis, among others.
